一、 用途：
1. 廣泛用于制化妝品、塑料耐寒增塑劑、脫模劑、橡膠膠片隔離劑、穩(wěn)定劑、表面活性劑、橡膠硫化促進(jìn)劑、防水劑、拋光劑、金屬皂、金屬礦物浮選劑、軟化劑、醫(yī)藥品及其他有機(jī)化學(xué)品。
2. 可用作油溶性顏料的溶劑、蠟筆調(diào)滑劑、蠟紙打光劑、硬脂酸甘油脂的乳化劑等。
3. 在食品工業(yè)中用作潤(rùn)滑劑、消泡劑。納米水性硬脂酸還是制造杏仁蜜和奶液的主要原料。
4. 納米水性硬脂酸廣泛應(yīng)用于PVC塑料管材、板材、型材、薄膜的制造。是PVC熱穩(wěn)定劑,具有很好的潤(rùn)滑性和較好的光、熱穩(wěn)定作用。在塑料PVC管中,硬脂酸有助于防止加工過(guò)程中的“焦化”,在PVC薄膜加工中添加是一種有效的熱穩(wěn)定劑,同時(shí)可以防御暴置于硫化物中所引起的成品薄膜變色。
5. 納米水性硬脂酸在橡膠的合成和加工過(guò)程中起重要作用。是天然膠、合成橡膠和膠乳中廣泛應(yīng)用的硫化活性劑,也可用作增塑劑和軟化劑。在生產(chǎn)合成橡膠過(guò)程中作乳化劑,在制造泡沫橡膠時(shí),可作起泡劑,還可用作橡膠制品的脫模劑。
6. 納米水性硬脂酸用于雪花膏和冷霜這兩類(lèi)護(hù)膚品中起乳化作用,從而使其變成穩(wěn)定潔白的膏體。硬脂酸皂酯類(lèi)在化妝品工業(yè)中用途更為廣泛。

4. Nano aqueous stearic acid is widely used in the manufacture of PVC plastic pipes, plates, profiles and films. It is a PVC heat stabilizer with good lubricity and good light and heat stability. In plastic PVC pipes, stearic acid helps to prevent "coking" during processing. Adding stearic acid in PVC film processing is an effective heat stabilizer and can prevent the discoloration of finished film caused by exposure to sulfide.
5. Nano aqueous stearic acid plays an important role in the synthesis and processing of rubber. It is a vulcanizing active agent widely used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. It can also be used as plasticizer and softener.
